Nineacres Booking Form

To make a booking, scroll down to the Booking Form and click on 'Minibus', 'Nineacres' or '2nd Fife Scout Hall' to select the service you wish to hire.


Once you have selected the service you require, click on the  'Book Now' button beside the item you wish to book and select your dates from the calendar shown.


To view the availability of the item, click the 'Availability' button.


To add a building to your booking, click the 'Add to Booking' button at the top of your booking form (you may have to scroll to the top of the booking form to see this). This can either be done before or after you fill in your details. You can also clear all details from your booking here as well to allow you to start again.


If you would like to make any special requests eg. to book a specific camping field, or pass on any information to us, please enter your request in the 'note' box towards the bottom of the booking form


Once we receive your booking, we will send out a deposit invoice within a few days of making your booking and based on the service you wish to hire. Once this payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email.


We will contact you after your camp asking you to confirm your final numbers and send you the final invoice.
